CIAO
Creating Independence and Outcomes |
Employment and Training Designs, Inc. has been assisting young adults
since 1986. Throughout the last 22 years we have developed a program
that is recognized as a leader in assisting young adults in their
careers. Our centers offer young adults assistance with job referrals,
resume writing, interest and aptitude tests, interview & job prep
tools and much more.
What is CIAO?
CIAO (pronounced “chow”) is Italian for hello and goodbye. No other name is more suitable.
There are many factors that get in the way of young adults making a successful transition to adulthood. That’s where Creating Independence And Outcomes (CIAO) can help. CIAO prepares youth for successful careers and lives after foster care. |
To become a CIAO participant, you must be a Wayne County resident between the ages of 17 and 20 years old and in foster care for at least one day on or after your 14th birthday.
