Our staff is here to provide
the information and assistance you will need to open doors to employment
and training opportunities.
Our Job Developers work closely with area businesses, providing
job opportunities through job leads, job fairs and on-site interviews.
Our Career Consultants are
available to answer your basic career questions and can help guide
you to the right career.
Our Education Enhancement lab
has an onsite teacher who is available to help you earn your GED or
work on deficiencies.
Special workshops are offered to help you create: a resume,
cover and thank you letter, brush up on interview techniques and learn
the latest job search skills. Workshops vary, please check out our
events page for
times and locations.
Available resources include:
fax machines, phones, resume paper, envelopes, and possible training/retraining
dollars.
We can respond quickly to individuals and companies that may be experiencing
lay offs, down sizing or company closures. In addition, first-time
seekers, graduates from colleges and technical training, or anyone
else looking for a better job opportunity can contact one of our One-Stop
Centers to begin receiving any of these services. |
